Will it work with my laptop?
Ekran Pro works with laptops, tablets and phones that support USB-C video or HDMI, including MacBooks, Windows laptops and iPads. Plug in and it shows up as a second display. No driver is needed.
Does it need its own power supply?
No. Over USB-C it draws power and picture from your laptop through one cable. A power adapter is included for devices that cannot power it.
What is in the box?
Ekran Pro, the Ekran Stand, magnetic folio cover, USB-C cable, Mini-HDMI cable and power adapter. Nothing to buy after.
How portable is it?
930g and [X]mm thin. The folio cover protects the screen in a laptop bag and the Stand folds flat.
How long does shipping take?
Free tracked shipping on every order. UK and EU up to 8 working days, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand up to 10. You get a tracking link when it is dispatched.
What if I want to return it?
30 days from delivery, in original condition and packaging. Email team@ekranio.com for the return address. Return postage is paid by you. If it arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it.
Can I use it in portrait, or run two at once?
Yes to both. Rotate it in the folio for portrait, and connect two Ekrans if your device supports multiple displays.
